J’ai récemment passé une journée à Nancy, la capitale française de l’Art Nouveau. Je n’ai évidemment pas eu le temps de tout voir, mais en tant que fan invétéré d’Art Nouveau, c’était très enrichissant. Il y a quelque chose dans ce mouvement qui interpelle mon côté romantique. Entre les arabesques, les fleurs et la jolie faune, je ne crois pas qu’il y ait un style qui me parle plus. Ce n’était qu’une affaire de temps avant que je ne réunisse une sélection sur ce thème !
I recently spent a day in Nancy, which is the capital city of Art Nouveau in France. I obviously didn’t have the time to see it all, but as a die-hard Art Nouveau fan, it was incredibly fulfilling. There is something about this art movement that deeply appeals to my romantic self. Between the curves, the flowers and the pretty fauna, I don’t think there is an art genre that speaks more to me and my love for grandeur. It was only natural that I would end up putting together a lingerie selection on this theme, so here it is !
