Au début de l’été, j’avais envie de créer une sélection inspirée par l’Art mais j’avais du mal à trouver un thème. En Août, je me suis souvenu des Tumblrs dédiés aux détails de peintures comme Art Details ou Details of Paintings, et c’est ainsi que cette sélection est née. Je pense que ce thème correspond bien à la lingerie qui est souvent délicate et très détaillée, d’autant que les créateurs de lingerie s’inspirent souvent de l’Art. Cette sélection de dessous m’a évidemment demandé pas mal de temps et d’effort, ainsi que beaucoup de conseils de mes proches, donc j’espère qu’elle vous plaira autant que j’ai aimé observer de magnifiques pièces de lingerie et des fragments de peintures pour trouver des combinaisons. At the beginning of the summer, I wanted to gather a new art-inspired collection but I was struggling to find a theme. In August, I remembered the Tumblrs dedicated to art details, such as Art Details or Details of Paintings, and this is how this selection was born. I think this is a fitting theme for lingerie considering how intricate and detailed it can be, and how lingerie designers are often inspired by art.
This lingerie selection obviously required quite a lot of time and effort for me (as well as advice from my loved ones) so I hope you will enjoy it as much as I loved inspecting gorgeous lingerie pieces and paintings snippets to find matches. Tell me what you think!
